Влияние метафор на различные заболевания, такие как рак, представляет собой актуальное исследование для наших целей, поскольку есть доказательства того, что метафоры могут играть важную и потенциально полезную роль во взаимоотношениях людей с этими заболеваниями. Более того, три доминирующих понятия (пациент, болезнь и доктор), которые связаны с понятием “здоровье”, были объяснены с помощью метафорических терминов, основанных на аспектах метафор войны, родительских метафор, инженерных метафор и спортивных метафор. Ya’ni metaforik terminlar inson hayotiga xavfli bo’lgan kasalliklar (saraton) davolashda o’zining ijobiy ta’sirini ko’rsatganligi ham bir muncha isbotlangan, shu jumladan, bunday metaforik terminlar orqali bemorlar va shifokorlar o’rtasidagi muloqot bir muncha samarali va ijobiy ta’sirini korsatadi, Bundan tashqari, “sog’lik” tushunchasiga aloqador bo’lgan metaforik terminlar vositasida, urush, ota-ona, muhandislik va sport metafora turlarga ajratilib tushuntirilgan. Kalit so’zlar: g’oya, nutq, termin, ibora, matn Metaphor – a figure of speech, expressing a term or phrase, which is applied to something that is not literally applicable in order to suggest a resemblance. An object activity or idea and the most easy explanation of metaphor is the comparison of one thing to another without to use of like or as:[1] For ex: “A man is but weak reed”, “The road is a ribbon of moonlight”. Metaphors are often used in literature and high-priced speech. Metaphor is an effective linguistic instrument because it expands our understanding of human cognition. How important is a medical insurance worker’s choice of phrases and words in terms of health communication efficiency? “Way to greet people, paying attention to them, looking up from our notes or computer screens to see them as they are speaking with us, being courteous, and encouraging them to feel heard”.[2] In either case, as the health-care system shifts toward outpatient care and health-care staff must maximize increasingly uncommon experiences with patients, exceptional efficiency in health communication is needed. The difficulty in this modern health-care world is to produce health messages, which normally necessitates current knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, research and statistics—that are both important to the patient and easy to comprehend and recall.
