Annotation.
The article describes the concept of commercialization of intellectual
property, its purpose. The main methods of commercialization in Russia are identified, a
comparison
is made with the West, problems and ways of solving them are identified. In this
regard, it is relevant to study the process of commercialization of intellectual property objects.
