SCIENCE AND EDUCATION IN THE MODERN WORLD:
CHALLENGES OF THE XXI CENTURY"

ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN, FEBRUARY 2023

Some linguists change this classification by analyzing certain types of idioms in modern
English. Therefore, A. Anisimova considers the nominal phraseological units of the type "This
word + noun" (dark bread) and divides them into phraseological units by the type of
combinations of expressions, phraseological units and classifications. Units that show signs of a
specific phenomenon.
Distinguish these phenomena from similar phenomena:
white-green fish
Black bread, dead tongue
black liberal education
However, this category does not exclude one elite group, but rather overlaps the other, ie
the choice of these groups is based on many principles. Thus, Z.A. Anisimova chooses idioms
and idioms among the idioms she analyzes, starting from the degree of semantic complexity of
the studied formations.
At the center of the distribution of the phraseological units with taxonomic character are
the semantic relations of the components of this unit (one component classifies the other). In this
context, this classification seems to have failed us [2, 35].
Artificial intelligence distinguishes idioms and Smirnitsky idioms. Words are stylistically
neutral phrases that are unmatched or lost. A.I.Smirnitsky, get up, fall in love etc. Directs such
expressions in idioms. An idiom is based on a metaphor, a metaphor that is clearly accepted by
the speaker.
Its special features are a bright design color, to get rid of the usual neutral style, for
example, to catch the bull by the horns - to act decisively. to hold a bull by the horns. and others.
The A.I. Smirnitsky classification does not include sentence associations, idioms or
phraseological units. [3, 68].
Several scholars have grouped a number of intermediate groups, emphasizing linguistic
units, idioms, and combinations of idioms in modern English. That's why A.V. Kunin points out.
a) an intermediate classification between idioms and idioms in which the main ingredient
is motivated and the rest is unmotivated: cats and dogs are raining down to talk in someone's hat;
b) the intermediate classification between idioms and idioms includes sentences with one
or two components of non-free meaning, at the same time descriptive and descriptive meanһing:
retreat, small beer, wild run [3, 21].
N.N. Amosova distinguishes two types of phraseological units - idioms and idioms. The
minimum parameter required tounderstand the specific meaning of a meaningful word is not
variable, constant, e.g. B. Beef tea - a strong broth. eyebrow weaving - eyebrow knitting. Black
frost - like frost without snow. The second component is the minimum of the first.
It is worth noting that a combination of many idioms is extremely unstable and turns into
a combination of variable words.
In contrast to idioms, idioms have the least important and semantically feasible element, a
normal contextual unit that creates similarity, both of which are expressed through a common
lexical structure of the sentence. The idiom is defined in a complex sense, for example,
bureaucracy - bureaucracy, bureaucracy. playing with fire - like playing with fire. [4, 12].
The most common is the classification of idioms according to their origin and descent.
Basically, these categories are divided into the following groups.
a) Idioms that refer to antiquities that once existed are created in ancient social practices:
cutting forks with celery, earning money for baking, participating in dances and displaying
feathers.
