This article is devoted to the major problem of modern life, the education, and development of children with intellectual disabilities. For children of this category, the Federal State Educational Standard for the Mentally Handicapped Children has been developed and is functioning. The various adapted programs are created on its basis, including physical education. In FSES, the results of physical education tasks are an independent study of the basic concepts of one's own body, mastery of the skills to maintain a lifestyle, self-dose physical activity, the formation of the ability to strengthen health and a safe lifestyle. The current programs do not provide for separation of the severity of intellectual impairment, which does not fully meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard. When choosing a program for the education and development of a child with intellectual impairment, the teaching staff must take into account the compliance of the program with the new tasks of the Federal State Educational Standard for Physical Education for children with intellectual impairment. Сегодняшний темп развития образования не может быть в полной мере реализован детьми, испы- тывающими затруднения в учебной деятельности, вследствие различного рода отклонений не только физического, но и психологического характера. Неоспорим тот факт, что каждому ребенку с нару- шением той или функции необходимо оказывать всестороннюю поддержку со стороны различных институтов, которые дадут шанс не только на успешную социализацию, но и, что немаловажно, на освоение и развитие общеобразовательных программ, реализацию своих способностей и даже талан- тов, а также на профессиональную компетентность, без которой не обойтись в бурно развивающемся современном мире. «Білім беру, дене мәдениеті, туризм және спорттағы инновация».
