С точки зрения Козырева правая и левая спираль это спирали с разным ходом времени. Он пишет в "Причинной механике": "Мир, в котором течение времени противоположно нашему при условии действия тех же сил, должен быть равноценен нашему Миру, отражённому в зеркале. В зеркально–отражённом Мире полностью сохраняется причинность. Поэтому в мире с противоположным течением времени события должны развиваться столь же закономерно, как и в нашем Мире. При любом течении времени человек будет ходить, как обычно, лицом вперёд. Таким образом, Мир с обратным течением времени не является, как полагают часто, кинофильмом нашего Мира, пущенным в обратную сторону" [2].
В этом мире существует одновременно сразу и прямой и обратный ход времени, а взаимодействие процессов проходящих с прямым и обратным ходом времени находится в очень неустойчивом равновесии от микромира до макромира. Мир, в котором эти процессы полностью уравновешены, мы не воспринимаем вообще, это скалярный мир, в котором нет хода времени. Мы видим и наблюдаем только ту часть мира, где проявляется нарушение баланса – преобладает тот или иной ход времени.
В поисках проявления сил причинности Н.А.Козырев занимался исследованием асимметрии Сатурна и Юпитера и предсказывал проявление сил причинной механики именно на этих планетах. Примечателен факт, что сегодня в полярных областях Юпитера обнаружены процессы, аналогичные процессам протекающим на Сатурне.
Пока слишком мало данных для того, чтобы утверждать, что шестигранники на южном полюсе Сатурна и северном полюсе Юпитера вызваны действием сил причинности.
