Annotation. The purpose of this work is to analyze, together with studying students, the informativeness of using computer
diagnostics to assess the characteristics of the adaptation of the body of athletes to competitive loads in martial arts by highly
qualified athletes in karate-do kekushinkai.
Features of the adaptation of the body of athletes were determined by the total quantitative change in the state of the body
and data of adaptive potential protective ‒ compensatory functions, force of influence of factors, energy resources, stability of
state, quantitative values of regulatory systems and recommend schemes for correcting the state of the body using the computer
diagnostic system "Adaptologist ‒ Expert".
