METHOD OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIAL PHYSICAL QUALITIES IN KUDO Aitimov D. – 2nd-year graduate student, Kazakh Academy of Sport and Tourism, Almaty
Annotation. This article discusses the problem of improving special physical qualities in Kudo, without an appropriate
level of development of which it is impossible to master the technique of percussion action, and as a result, achieving high
results in competitive activity. The technique of the formation of leading physical abilities in the training of Kudo athletes is
revealed, with the inclusion of elements of technical actions, as well as the intensity and volume of the load, corresponding to
the specific features of competitive activity. The experimental methodology for the development of special physical qualities in
Kudo will make the training process more effective and allows coaches to update the training system in Kudo, thereby achieving
high-performance athletes.
