- an abstract language individual is viewed as a central concept of culture of speech; - problems of the lingua-ecology must take a decent place in the list of subjects and objects of investigations of the modern Kazakh culture of speech; - esthetic norm as a special convectional system is admitted as one of the objects of culture of speech, componented the ethical aspect of the discipline. Theoretical and practical importance of the research. This research brings a definite contribution: in forming and development of culture of speech as the linguistic discipline of the antropocentric direction; in its development as an independent theoretical and practical field in the Kazakh linguistics also. The materials, theoretical conclusion and results of the research can be a fundamental for a lecture course “Culture of Speech” in the institution of higher education, for textbooks, for manuals for “Culture of Speech” in schools, and they can be used in composing of programmes and normative dictionaries of contemporary Kazakh. The dissertational work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used literature.
