| RESUME
Uali Nurgeldi Theoretical fundamentals of Kazakh culture of speech the dissertation is submitted to confer the scholarly degree of doctor of philology, speciality 10.02.02 – the Kazakh language In the dissertation the Kazakh culture of speech is researched as a multi- vectorial scientific discipline, which integrates structural, communicative, lingua-cognitive, pragmatic directions in the modern linguistics. Actuality of research. In the modern Kazakh linguistics the question of scientific-theoretical solution of problems, linking with preservation of traditional norms of the national literary language, with basic tendencies of development of the language, with objective evaluation of the communicative quality of speech for the target of improvement of the social position, with rising of the social prestige and culture of Kazakh as a state one are risen sharply. Purpose of research is revision and more precise definition of fundamental concepts, revision of meta-language and methods, basic-theoretical adjustments and scientific principles of the Kazakh culture of speech, concretization and clarification of the object and the subject of the research, according to the antropocentric direction, dominating in the modern linguistics. In connection with it, in the cycle of the tasks of the research the next basic questions are entering: - the determination of theoretical bases of normalization of the literary language, evaluation of communicative quality of speech (correction, expression, relevance, logicality, saturation, etc.); - investigation of the language norm, the language system, the language usage in triunity as an optimal way of determing of dynamics of development of norms of the literary language; - purposeful research of structure of non-linguistic factors for revealing of tight interconnection of linguistic and non-linguistic essences (subject of speech, communicative situation, non-linguistic knowledge, social status of participants of communications, etc.), the last dictates a choice of the language units, stylistic meanings, rhetorical methods, which are the main factors of determination of communicative quality of speech. жүктеу/скачать 1,04 Mb.
