Purpose: The purpose of teaching the course "Corporate Culture" is the study of the main elements of the corporate culture - the basic principles of behavior and actions, values and symbols . Corporate culture includes the formal (corporate standards of guest services ) and informal system of values (internal environment of the team) enterprise
Contents: classification of elements of management culture modern productive collective; sphere of mental and ethical relations of people in the process of labour.

To have idea of essence, functions of corporate culture and ethics of the organization;
Nobility and understand the main methods and ways of formation, maintenance and change of corporate culture; management role in formation and organization cultural development; ethical principles of office relationship "down" and "across"; requirements and principles of business etiquette; features of cross-cultural communication and business etiquette of foreign countries;
To be able to analyze impact of elements of corporate culture on formation of image of the organization; to develop the corporate ethical code; to carry out analytical work on an assessment of a condition of business ethics and corporate culture; to diagnose and reveal types of problem situations in a business environment; to create conditions of effective business communication taking into account national specifics of various corporate cultures;
To own bases of classification of elements of culture of management of a modern work collective; spheres of the moral and ethical relations of people in the course of work;
To gain practical skills in business ethics and the corporate relations
