1. Computer control device (CCD)
– a complex hardware and software,
generating control signals for the mechatronic module. It includes:
• master (for example, joysticks and handles);
• operator control panel;
• computing and converting devices;
• peripheral input-output devices.
The computer control device performs the following functions:
• control of the functional movement of the output link chaotron module in
real time;
• coordination of the management of mechanical movement with concomi-
tant external processes;
• interaction with the human operator through human-machine interface in
programming mode and directly in the process of movement;
• data exchange with external devices (information device, drive, top-level
computer, peripheral devices).
2.
Digital-to-analog converters (DACs)
– devices, designed to convert
digital information into analog. They form a signal in the form of voltage and
current, functionally associated with the control code. In most cases this functi-
onal dependence is linear.
Digital-to-analog converters classify
2.1 According to the principle of action:
• With addition of currents;
• With voltage division;
• With addition of stresses.
2.2 By type of output signal:
• Sine current signal (SCS);
• Sine voltage signal (SVS);
• Rectangular pulse signal (RPS).
2.3 By the polarity of the output signal:
• Unipolar;
• Bipolar.

2.4 According to the type of control code applied to the input of the
digital-analog converter:
• Binary;
•
Binary-decimal;
• Gray;
• Unitary.
2.5 By type of reference source:
• with a constant reference voltage;
• with a variable reference voltage.
