The objectives: Will be able to tell about memory and to check student’s abilities. To develop pupils communicative skills and abilities through different communicative activities.
To develop critical thinking, solving the problems. To give some information how to improve their memory.

Look at the blackboard. Here you can see some coloures. Who likes red colour? You will be the 1st group. Who likes green colour, you will be the 3rd group.
In each colour you see numbers. Now remember please, which letter number 8?
Yes, you are right. Number 8 letter ‘H’. Tell us a word which begins with this letter. The word is ‘health’ . Number 2 is ‘B’ . word : ‘beautiful’.
Number 3 is ‘C’ . word ‘clever’
So, we have 3 groups. Today we have a competation about abilities. Let’s begin checking up the home work. What was your home task?

1We acquire 10% of information when we read. We acquire 20% of information when we listen . We acquire 30% when we see. We acquire 90% when we teach others.
2. It is necessary to repeat the material you’ve learnt. Every three days. If you do not repeat the material . Within three days most of the information vanishes as if you never learnt it.
3. It is best to memorize material before you go to bed. You’l memorise it more quickly.
4. It is very useful to listen to the material you are learning. There are a lot of words in English which are not pronounced according to the rules of reading.

Our second part is practical work. We have just heart that there are some abilities. I want to know who has the best some abilities. I want to know who has the best memory.
Task 1.
Now look at these numbers and objects for 30 seconds and try to memorize them. (Pupils draw remembered object and explain the reason of remembering objects and numbers)
Task 2 I use the recoder to listen the music. Pupils must listen and remember the words of the song.
Task 3 I will give sentences which pupils must put them correctly.
First sentence: One of the problem is that many complanies have for fewer employees.
Second sentence: Many of us are finding it more and more difficult to remember everything.
Third sentence: At the beginning of every day, write yourself a list of things you have to do. Pupils make up sentences.
