Then, by using the derived coeffi
cients, we have obtained the data
for the time range of 2020 – 2029. Now, it is possible to build the
“complete” multiple linear regression model. By binding the data and
running the model with the data spanned through the range of 30 years,
we used the
predict
function in RStudio to obtain the estimations for the
employed population in the time range of the next ten years. The result
is shown on the Figure 6:
From the table above, the estimations indicate that the working
population in Kazakhstan is going to reach 9.15 million people by 2025
and 9.46 million people by 2029. Otherwise, one can say that given
the moderate economic growth, the country should expect to have
slightly more than 9.5 million people employed by 2030. According
