Annotation The article presents the results of the study showed that a comprehensive assessment of the
mass of the herd of cattle and meat products made it possible to determine the duration of survival
of cattle and weight loss. This creates the possibility of creating a favorable technological system
for breeding and feeding cattle adapted to the southeastern state of the republic, depending on the
breed characteristics
