particular moral norms in a situation of prima facie is investigated, then
we analyze the structure of the conflict of moral norms as the situation
of the choice of the most optimal strategy; also the methodology for the
assessment of facial invariance of the actions (acts), presented earlier by
the author in some of his earlier works, is analyzed; for example, strate-
gies of egoism and altruism; the importance in this methodology of the
phenomenon of more or less local measures of the subject’ manifold is
stressed. Also examples of a number of additional moral concepts, con-
sidered in detail by the author in several previous publications, are pre-
sented, namely, definitions of the method of absolutisation, the processes
of internalization and implementation of the moral norms, principles of
the local ethics and effectiveness of the subject’ activity, ethical and prag-
matic approaches in ethics, the phenomenon of value exchanges, different
intuitions of measure («golden mean») in ethical discourse, etc. Overall it
is concluded about possibility of the axiological derivation of basic moral
definitions from the proposed version of the categorical imperative such
that the trans-ethics can be demonstrated as a kind of post-non-classical
deductive system.
