Аctuality:
The disease from the point of biochemistry was greatly observed. Our
organisms routinely are under the exposure of different pathogenic factors. The most
frequent cause of cancerogenic, hyperaging changes in tissues
is related to oxygen
molecules and to its derivatives
Purpose:
Тo survey the possible ways of the antioxidant system activation.
Materials and methods:
Literature review is used.
Results:
During the literature review several antioxidant system patterns were
noticed.
8-
isoprostane is produced when tocopherol amount in organism is falling; also
inhibits thromboxane A2 pathway affecting the vascular endothelium growth factor.
Protein carbonyls indicates the degree of oxidated proteins in, for instance, saliva or blood
plasma. Both of them are lowered in tolerant organisms that indicates less oxidative
damage. There is a cluster of antioxidant molecules that cooperate with each other.
Transtiretin shows the oxidative statement in organism
blood because of high
sensitivity
to and following breakage from tetrameric to monomeric form. This fact shows
the neutralization of reactive oxidative system by tetrametic transtiretin and thus
decreasing this molecule indicates hypoxic conditions.
Gluthation peroxidase
-
3 protects vascular endothelium from damage, coming from
hydrogen peroxide and lipid hydroperoxides; serves as reactive oxidative system
-
modified
platelets and NO
-
derived oxidants against protector as well. Its quantity begins to rise to
the response on hypoxia. Paraoxonase
-
1 prevents high and low density lipoproteins from
oxidation.
C
-
reactive protein influences the vascular endothelial
growth factor and thus
upregulates hypoxia inducible factor alpha
-
1 and matrix metalloproteinase
-
2 expression.
Haptoglobin binds with hemoglobin which is released from
injured red blood cells and
prevents entrapment of nitric oxide by hemoglobin that may result in blood vessels
contraction.
Hypoxia inducible factor alpha
-
1 activates angiogenesis
patterns like vascular
endothelial growth factor in first 2 hours in hypoxia condition and enhances the glycolysis.
Matrix metalloproteinase
-
2 stimulates the extracellular matrix to degrade that obliquely
improves oxygenation of tissues.
Tocopherol reacts with alkoxy radicals, lipid peroxyl radicals and with alkyl radicals
that disrupts endless loop of radical formation. Ascorbic acids obliquely influences the
tocopherol regeneration and consequently the consistency of antioxidant system. There are
also transporter GTP
-
related protein
Rab
-
3D and C
-
type lectin domain family 11 which are
involved in equilibrating the statement of oxygen deficiency
