Grain and milled rice quality.
Husked caryopsis is of prolonged form, length-to-
beam ratio (

) 2.1–2.2. 1000 grain weight at a standard moisture — 28–29 g. Grain
hardness — 92–94 %, total milling yield — 71–73 %, head rice content — 92–97 %.
Recommended for cooking pilaf, garnish, salad, Italian and Spanish food.
