Utilities is a major consumer today fuel and energy: it accounts for about 20% of the fuel and energy resources. This scientific work took into account this fact, against the background of the economic (and energy) crisis. Hypothesis: the following elements serve to increase the efficiency of the use of minerals energy saving in apartments; Use of modern nanotechnology to create electrical household appliances; Methods of energy saving are studied in the work; Energy monitoring of the apartment was carried out Evaluated the effectiveness of the implementation of energy-saving measures; To carry out monitoring, a table has been drawn up, which describes the main characteristics of electricity consumers, and an "Energy Passport" has been drawn up for their apartment. To assess the economic benefits of replacing lamps in operation, a comparative analysis of the service life and average prices for the Kyzylorda region.
