thoughts with some editing are written down on the sheet of the paper. 
In the process of discussion it is necessary to come to the idea of 
three  components  that  lead  to  conflict:  inability  to  communicate, 
inability to cooperate and the absence of a positive affirmation of the 
personality of another. It is better to bring this idea to the participants 
through the image of the iceberg, the small, visible part of which is the 
conflict  over  the  water,  and  the  three  components  under  the  water. 
Thus,  the  ways  of  conflict  resolution  are  seen:  the  ability  to 
communicate,  cooperate  and respect, positively  affirm  the identity of 
another. This idea is also presented in the form of an iceberg. 
3. "Rumor" 
Active  players  in  this  game  are  6  participants.  The  rest  are 
observers  and  experts.  Four  members  leave  the  room  for  a  while.  At 
this  time,  the  first  participant  who  stayed,  should  read  the  second 
player  suggested  by  the  host  a  small  story  or  story.  The  second 
player's  task  is  to  listen  carefully,  then  transfer  the  information 
received to the third participant, who will enter the room at the signal. 
The  third  player,  having  listened  to  the  story  of  the  second  player, 
must retell it to the fourth player, and so on.
