The main principle of the training is the development of an active style of communication; Improving the skills of effective communication; Formation of a style of trusting communication; Improving the understanding skills of people around you Communicating people with each other is an extremely complex and delicate process. Inefficiency in communication can be associated with a complete or partial lack of one or another communicative skill, for example, the ability to navigate and behave in a particular situation. It can also be caused by lack of self-control, for example, due to inability to cope with overexcitement, impulsiveness, aggression, etc. Each of us learns from him throughout his life, gaining experience that is often built on mistakes and disappointments. Can I learn to communicate without using only my own real experience? Yes, and do it with the help of the game. The game is a model of the life situation, in particular of communication, in the process of which a person acquires a certain experience. In addition, when making mistakes in the artificial situation of communication, a person does not feel the responsibility that is inevitable in real life. This makes it possible to try more, to show creativity, to seek more effective forms of interaction with each other and not to be afraid of "defeat." A positive aspect of gaming exercises is the ability to get an assessment of your behavior from outside, compare yourself with others and adjust your communication in the following situations. It should be remembered that it is much easier to notice mistakes, inaccuracies in the communication of your relatives, employees, leaders than your own.
