There are people who spent time with us for 11-12 years. There are
people, who always give us an essential knowledge about surrounding
world. They ask us questions and give precise, concise and right
answers. People, who are confident in particular and certain subject, are
teachers. Being a teacher in Japan’s schools are considered to be a luxury
profession as competition for working place is 20-30 people per seat [1].
Also, Marianna Novoselova, who got a job of teaching in universities
of Germany, mentioned, that in schools and institutions exist respectful
relationships between educators and students.
In my opinion profession of a teacher is undoubtedly honorable,
noble and unique, especially among developed countries, nevertheless, it
is becoming a non-demanded profession in Kazakhstan as requirements
are strengthening and salary is staying stable in Kazakhstan. So, in my
mind occurred such questions as what is the real status of a teacher in
our country and what differences exist between teaching in Kazakhstan
and developed countries.
I am really interested actually in this topic as my parents and
most of my relatives are working exactly in the education sphere.
Also, my parents are teachers and I have learned that middle schools
are changing their educational system according to the education
in Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, including getting rid of old
evaluating. Moreover, Dariga Nazarbayevanoted, that ‘an electronic
education system is being injected into schools’, that is why today
teachers fill an electronic diary and check a lot of summative
assessments of the unit and summative assessments of the term [2].
Even it is very convenient and labor-saving for them, but on other
hand, changes lead to the illnesses and diseases such as bad sight,
stress, headache, and others. As it written above, teaching is not simple
