In this study, the primary and secondary research was conducted to collect the data about handedness, followed after careful study of secondary resources where the attention was paid to reliability of the information. Based on the careful study of secondary research and found features was created a table of the most common abilities found both in lefties and righties. In total 28 features was collected and adapted to survey tool. Mixed methods were used to strengthen the overall quality of the research and to increase confidence of the results. The background research was supported to collect information about left and right handedness from different sources. The secondary research was done by available and reliable internet article sources. The semi-structured interview was taken to get more detailed information and some answers concerning the experience of psychology specialists. As a result, there were surveyed 48 respondents which male and females had the equal sample size. About 60 % of respondents claimed themselves as righties (60,42 %) and 41 % are lefties. Interestingly a small number of them (12 people) prefer study humanities, while others more interested in natural and exact science, which more than half of them are good at math and a few number is gifted in geometry. As of to consider the psychological state, the large number of respondents consider themselves as realists (53,22 %) and 34,04 % are dreamers (Table 1). The results show that left-handed or right-brained people have higher abilities in analysis, logic, sequencing, creativity, imagination, arts, rhythm, non -verbal expression, expressing feelings, having a firm memory capacity, daydreaming, and exact sciences. In addition, right-handers have own features in their life, too. There are remembering words of songs, thinking in words, mathematics, language and computation, holistic thinking, high qualitative intuition, they are realists and good at natural, exact and humanitarian Sciences. In some cases, left and right-handers are similar. For instance, Exact Sciences are belonging to both of them. They differentiate with lots of features in behavior, too. Left- handed people are also angry and curious and prevails some egoistic characteristics at the same time. They always use gestures in daily life. Moreover, they think not the same as others, they do it better but it takes long time. However, in this case, right-handers are linear and they prefer velocity. They have higher opportunities when they impress opinions, views and perspectives one by one, that is, alternately. For that reason, we can state that handedness can determine lots of unusual and usual thing of individuals’ characteristics, behavior, abilities and features in any sphere. For left-handers, it is difficult to live in the world of right-handers, that is why they are more able to deal with problems and survive with own power and confidence [5]. Lefties are forced to adapt and are accustomed to this, therefore, as a result, it is better and faster than right-handers to find a way out or what they need, they adapt to any conditions - left-handed people have to do this from childhood and then do not cause any special problems. In an interview with a psychologist, it was revealed that left-handed people have some distinctive features. This is expressed in the manner of human behavior, in creativity and in sport. They possess ability that most people do not have. Right-handers are closer to natural sciences, while left-handed people are more creative individuals. They are closer to the liking of social science subjects. According to the school psychologist, there are people who use the right and left hand equally. This indicates |
