organization of the climate. There are ten unnecessary methods of exploitation of the sluggishness. Our job is to use
a method that allows the teacher (in his / her practical work) to lower the level of anxiety and (or) to impose his / her
reverence.In the article theoretical and methodical bases of use of training sessions in lowering the level of anxiety
in schoolchildren are stated. Encourage digital data validating the effectiveness of training sessions in the
normalization of emotional conditions in the schoolchildren.
