Abstract.
The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the
Genesis of the word «bioethics» in Russian and foreign scientific literature.
Conclusions about that from the beginning, «bioethics» carried in itself a
philosophical content that in the conditions of globalization and develop-
ment of modern technologies increases. Philosophical content gives the
opportunity to create interdisciplinary dialogue to heated discussions on
bioethical issues.
