Abstract.
The article is an attempt to present bioethics as a result of
trans-extensions of axiological definitions of classical ethics to a kind of
universal theoretical axiology (“trans-ethics”), which is the philosophy of
subject’ manifold and its dynamics. A project of the deductive-non-for-
mal conclusion of the trans-ethics as a post-non-classical axiomatic sys-
tem is proposed. In the Foundation of such a system, the original version
of the categorical imperative as a strategy for maximizing of the subject
manifold in specific conditions is placed. On this basis, the examples of
the axiological deduction of a more private moral definitions from the
axiom of the categorical imperative are presented. The justification of
