Methods and ways of the research. In dissertation descriptive, comparative, contextual, semantic and stylistic, component, psycho-linguistic, ethno-linguistic analysis of the text were used.
The scientific novelty of the research lie in determining of levels, goals and ways of realization of connotative semantic in poetry of Makhambet Utemisov. At the same time connotative semantic of lexical units considered in close connection with such aspects as language and national cognition, language and culture, context and object-event background, linguistic and style, linguistic and poetry, psycho-linguistics, ethno-linguistic. Means of creation of figurativeness as a result of aesthetic connotations are analyzed. The features of cultural connotation and peculiarity of its reflection in the lyrics of the poet are studied. On the basis of Makhambet’s works defined the importance of connotations in creation of underlying theme of the work of art.
