Annotation.

This article discusses the impact of physical education and sports on the performance of a student at PSPU.

Where students are engaged in physical culture classes during the year to study sports such as athletics, swimming, skiing,
skating, game sports (volleyball, basketball, handball, football), gymnastics (shaping, yoga), martial arts (freestyle and women's
wrestling),  table  tennis,  togyz  kumalak,  chess,  checkers.

It  is  revealed  that  physical  culture  plays  a  significant  role  in  the

professional activity of both bachelor and specialist, as one of the most effective means of improving performance in the
educational process and social activity of students is to introduce them to physical culture and sports.
