Abstract
In article ways of development of cognitive activity of the personality through communication reveal. The relations is the purposeful and characterized system of information and power processes providing interaction, mutual understanding, interaction in which there is an exchange of information of informative and emotional and estimated character. At the same time, in article is defined that the relations connected with a situation can move ahead in various aspects: as special type of activity, as activity conditions, as part of activity, as means, as means of interaction, as communication, as independent type of activity, as basis of intellectual and moral development. Means are a общения-это method of printing-down, delivery, treatment and interpretation of information transferrable from one to other in the process of communication. Information between people can be passed by means of record and storage of feelings, speech organs and other sign systems, writing, technical facilities.
