Abstract:
The construction of a legal document has recently been used not only
in document manage-
ment, but also increasingly in
the theory of law, where it becomes the object of
special research
in the framework of legal technology, since legal documents are the most important means of
the latter. The importance of their theoretical understanding is due to the fact that with a large
number of documents in legal practice, neither their definition, nor their attributes, nor types
have been unified to date, which does not allow us to properly organize work with them at all
stages of legal regulation. In this article we will try to formulate a concept and name the fea-
tures of a legal document, to determine the regulatory framework for the use of documents in
legal activity.
