The purpose of the study: theoretical and practical definition of methods and methods of motivation management of educational activities of younger schoolchildren.
Research objectives: - to define the concept and essence of educational motivation, as well as methods and methods of its formation;
- determination of the age characteristics of younger schoolchildren;
- carrying out the defining and formative stages of experimental work;
- analysis of the results of the study of the formation of educational motivation of younger schoolchildren;
- to give recommendations to teachers and parents for the formation of educational motivation of younger students.

Scientific and practical significance. The formation of the educational activities of younger schoolchildren gave positive results, the educational process was organized with educational information for a single scheme of using tools, methods and techniques, a combination of group and individual forms of work, great access opportunities. The research materials can become the basis for further development of this topic. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of primary school teachers.
Research results.In primary school age, the basis of the subsequent teaching of the student is formed. Education is the main goal in the formation of personality, and therefore the problem of increasing school motivation occupies a central place in psychological and pedagogical science. Stimulation of educational activity plays a special role in the life of schoolchildren, without it it is impossible to develop effective educational activities and abilities.
The study showed that cognitive motives, as well as a high level of educational motivation, began to prevail in the majority of younger schoolchildren after formative work. Also, in order to form the educational motivation of younger schoolchildren, it is necessary to give recommendations to teachers and parents.
Recommendations have been developed for teachers and parents of younger schoolchildren on the formation and development of motivation for educational activities. Teachers should strengthen positive motivation in the classroom and outside of school hours.
Thus, when students choose the necessary set of methods for the formation of motivation for educational activities, when the necessary purposeful work with students is carried out and interaction with teachers and parents is properly organized, a positive motivation for learning appears. A positively motivated student has activity, attentiveness to learning activities, cognitive interests.
The formation of educational motivation is the activity of a teacher, which allows teaching children to go to school and study with enthusiasm. The program of formation of motivation for teaching younger schoolchildren and the developed recommendations for teachers and parents of students for the successful formation of this process contribute to increasing the level of motivation, cognitive interests of students.
