Были проведены теоретические исследования на тему «Разработка корпоративных программ лояльности в индустрии гостеприимства и оценка их эффективности»
Целью исследования является исследование теоретических и практических аспектов разработки программ лояльности в индустрии гостеприимства и на этой основе разработка методики формирования и развития маркетинговой стратегии для гостиниц и других средств размещения..

INTRODUCTION

In modern conditions, the creation of a positive image of the country is an important element in the development of the tourism sector of the entire state. In order to succeed in creating the image of the country abroad, it is important to pay attention to various marketing tools for the development of the tourism sector.


The tourism sector must have a proper connection with its customers and provide services, a tourism product and various services in such a way that the customer wants to return to this enterprise every time.
Today, the image of the country is the main link in entrepreneurial activity, as it most often disseminates the methods and ways of the economic system, and various measures to study the market and actively influence consumer demand. The main task of the country in creating a positive image is the production of such a product that will be in demand and popular in the market to meet all the necessary needs of the client. The effectiveness of the results mainly depends on the clear construction of the marketing plan of the enterprise using popular marketing tools. But, I would like to note that in modern conditions in the economic market of Kazakhstan, a small share of marketing tools is used due to the low professional qualifications of business leaders. Regarding all sectors of the economy, the introduction of popular marketing tools occurs with certain difficulties. The solution to this problem is the complete study and systematization of popular marketing tools for their implementation in the economy.
Every year we observe the development of new trends that help build a positive image of the state and introduce the country's economy into further more efficient development. The work on the creation of an image strategy becomes a constituent tool in the political and economic positions of the country, uniting the human factor, which focuses on work, entrepreneurship and information.
The positive image of Kazakhstan serves as the main source for the development and creation of an image for the product for various types of tourism enterprises. Currently, it becomes necessary for entrepreneurs in the tourism sector to justify long-term development goals, which means that the topic of the master's project is relevant.
Important in the formation of the image of Kazakhstan is the rise in the life of the entire population by the heads of state, the level of development of economic and political stability, the use of digital technologies, as well as the cultural and historical heritage of the entire state. With the development and creation of a positive country image, it is necessary that Kazakhstan has its own development model. Such a model should have a well-defined plan for all spheres of the state to develop at the same level and bring certain positive results. Based on these results, the entire state is analyzed at the international level, and then the image of the country is assigned.
The master's project is aimed at solving a specific problem situation, which lies in the fact that the country's image is a fundamental condition for the development of tourism.
The purpose of the master's project is to study the country's image and develop proposals for the formation of a positive image in the tourism sector.
To cover this topic, the following tasks were set:
1) To study the essence of the country's image.
2) Consider the role of the country's image in the development of tourism.
3) Analyze the development of the international tourism market.
4) Analyze the development of tourism in Kazakhstan.
5) Develop measures to create a positive tourist image of Kazakhstan.
The object of research is the tourist market.
The subject of the study is the country's tourism image.
The master's project is devoted to the study of the positive image of the country abroad and its impact on the development of international tourism.
To study this topic, the concepts of country image, its essence and socio-economic role in the development of tourism were investigated.
The structure of the work consists of three chapters, introduction and conclusion, where in the first chapter a set of theoretical foundations of the country's image is studied: the essence and content of the image in tourism; the features of the image in the tourism industry are considered.
The second chapter analyzes the development of tourism in the world and Kazakhstan, studied the external and internal tourism market of Kazakhstan.
The third chapter is the formation of a positive tourist image of Kazakhstan, the positioning of Kazakhstan in the international tourism market.
Master's project includes 13 figures, 4 tables and 90 used sources.
