Annotation.
In this article, the results of studies conducted with figure-skaters in the initial stage of their studies are
described. In the paper, the results of experimental studies, where special preparatory exercises significantly prevailed in the
main group compared with the control group in the competitive period, which had a positive effect on the final results in
competitive exercises are presented.
