Smart educational technology
The article noted that in the information society, digital technologies are rapidly being introduced
into the education system and have led to the introduction of new requirements for the knowledge and
skills of people. Consequently, new approaches to the form of lifestyle and in building relationships have
led to a great breakthrough in the development of modern educational technologies.
The definitions of the term «Smart», «Concept of Smart Education» were clarified, goals and objec-
tives were defined. It considered approaches to the formation of a smart-environment of the educational
process necessary for high-quality smart education. It showed the relevance of this research topic in the
modern realities of the formation of a new type of education, which will improve the quality of profes-
sional training. It presented the basic principles of the organization of smart-learning, such as learning
flexibility in an interactive educational environment, an integrated learning environment, content sharing
by all universities, personalization and learning adaptation.
