region was among the fi rst to strengthen anti-crisis measures. In this
regard, the state of industries in Almaty region during the pandemic
was determined. The region managed to maintain positive dynamics
and growth indicators in the most important sectors of the economy.
According to the research, the theories of the basic needs of development
programs for the region were determined, and based on statistical data,
methods for comparing data for 2015-2019 for various industries in
the development process of Almaty region were used. During the
implementation of the program, recommendations were developed to
prevent and improve the problems encountered in the region.
