BIOLOGICALVALUES OF THE NATIONAL DAIRY PRODUCTS
It is not said in vain that kumys and shubat have both medicinal and refreshing properties
and that they are beverages of longevity.This is due to the fact that they have the most powerful
natural biological substances, as well as these drinks contribute to the appearance of a beneficial
environment in the body, eliminate harmful bacteria and improve digestion.In the Soviet Union,
there were a number of health centers, including in Russia, in Kazakhstan and in other republics
of the USSR, which used kumys and shubat as a drug. All such medical facilities are no longer
functioning.However, today the leading world medicine recognized the healing properties of
kumys and is very interested in it. Since ancient times, our ancestors studied the composition and
properties of these products.However, the quantitative data on the various substances contained in
them differ.This is due to the accuracy of the methods and some other factors.From this point of
view, it is definitely that the results of a study of the mass fraction of fatty acids and fat in the
national drink of the Kazakh people, which are offered for daily consumption of this people, are
of scientific and practical importance.
