In the article was determined the role of the educational institutions regarding to issues of the parents pedagogical education. A lot of attention is paid to issues of the parents pedagogical education in the periodical press in the second half of the 20th century. Any methods of the educational institutions work with parents were shown. These methods were examined in the periodical press of the period under study.
