CHALLENGES OF THE XXI CENTURY" ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN, FEBRUARY 2023 31 - The relationship of these combinations with other words and phrases in the sentence is summarized in the following chapters. a) in combination with the direct object of the verb: gilded medicine. b) combine the verbs with intentions: they cling to the straw. c) combination of direct verbs and prefix verbs: stone? d) combination with direct and indirect verbs: to give a paddle to a horse. e) combination of verb states: to sit on a thorn. f) combination of verbs with content and object: build a castle in the air. g) Distinguish between verbs, states, combinations of two objects, simple combinations of kissing with a stick in each group and complex combinations obtained by extending an object or action, for example, burning a finger. Such a classification makes it possible to determine the distribution of one or more syntactic combinations of a given unit of expression. To summarize the first part of our study, idiom is examined as a separate science, the formation of idiomatic units as well as different categories of idioms in English. From our research we conclude that idioms today have their own areas of study and research methods, so that language plays the role of an independent science alongside vocabulary and рstyle. Phraseology studies the methods, forms and forms of creating a phraseology unit, activities in their language The connection with other aspects of the phraseological unit (explanatory, stylistic, linguistic history, etc.) and the clarification of the classification of idioms in modern English are of great interest to linguists.
