E-business (commerce) refers to a type of business transaction in which the interaction of parties is carried out electronically: through computer networks, through the exchange of electronic documents.

E-commerce can cover various types of agreements:
* wholesale and retail trade;
* delivery, distribution of products;
* delivery, provision of information and other types of services;
* investments;
* insurance, provision of banking services, etc.

Electronic trading platforms are specialized sites whose purpose is to unite entrepreneurs around themselves and provide them with the opportunity to make transactions in real time.

Advantages of using electronic trading platforms:
* get real-time market information;
* expanding the consumer market and opening a new product sales channel;
