E-learning (e-learning) is an educational process characterized by systematic and intensive use of modern information technologies and computer technology. E-Learning e-learning system is a large-scale state project included in the state program forthe development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020. Goal: to develop high-quality educational resources and services, as well as ensure their access based on the use of information and communication technologies.
