Abstract: Nowadays, a modern person’s way of life with habitual inactivity, often limits the people’s ability to fight negative impulses and stress. It is very important for a per-son to be able to control emotions and physical reactions. Relaxation would improve personal phsyco-emotional state and the quality of life. To use this me this method in your everyday life you don’t need any special equipment or education. Using relaxation for regulating your phsyco-emotional state is also a mandatory condition for effective professional activity (especially for people of sociometric professions). It also helps to increase efficiency and to save personal health.
