Matis V.I. THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PARADIGMS OF THE TRADITIONAL AND PERSONIFIED MODEL
OF IMPROVEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL SKILL OF EDUCATORS.
In modern conditions the new understanding of
preparation, retraining and improvement of professional skill of pedagogical shots of the education system, based not
on traditional, conservative understanding, and considering modern processes and modern lines in a society is necessary.
The comparative analysis of paradigms of the traditional and personified model of improvement of professional skill of
educators in a general view represents rendering assistance to the educator in finding of in quickly changing welfare
situation. This problem can be solved through understanding of modern processes in a society and self-value of each
person. The personified model of improvement of professional skill more than traditional will allow to form an individual
approach to training, to overcome available at everyone the deficiencies, to bring up culture of dialogue, to be integrated
into educational space.
