A. the teacher of Global Perspectives and Project Works, Nazarbayev Intellectual school of Chemistry and Biology, Pavlodar Introduction Nowadays, unemployment is becoming a big issue in the world. According to the predictions of the writer of publishing house The Guardian Sean Farrell (Tue 19 Jan 2016), unemployment will rise by about 2.3 million current year to 199.4 million, and this number changes the global count in 2017, taking joblessness become more than 200 million for the first time on record. Rising of unemployment cause reduction of the quality of life, down warding of prices and social deprivation says Geoff Riley (1 Jan 2011). What about our country, Kazakhstan also has the problem of unemployment, especially youth unemployment. According to the record of Trading Economics (n.d.), unemployment rate of Kazakhstan workforce is 5.0 while youth unemployment rate is 3.8. I think, it is harmful for our developing economy, because most of labor force are sitting at home and doing nothing for the development of our country. If people are unemployed, they will not pay loans, so it can reduce amount of money which spend for social services, which accordingly affect quality of life. These days, most of young people of Pavlodar are migrating to big cities such as Astana or Almaty, where the service sector is good and students easily can find appropriate part time job or highly-paid occupation. This problem is really do not allow to develop our hometown, because young people with fresh and creative mind full of new ideas and enthusiasm are leaving Pavlodar because of unemployment. In my point of view, these youngsters are part of our society, who really can change our small town and add to life of citizens innovations. I have chosen this topic, because I want to know due to what reasons I can be in the list of those young people who are unemployment. I believe that if I understand the essence of the problem, I will avoid it in the future. In my opinion by researching this problem and understanding of the problem essence I can find out solution of this problem. |
