| Main principles of the dissertation:
– G.Karash as a public figure on his own political views and convictions, called for broad enlightenment of Kazakh people aiming at introduction of his native country into civilized world. – G.Karash is a champion of his people’ interests. In his works urgent problems of that time were revealed concerning contradictions in social, political, economic and legal development of the Kazakh society, as well as the ways of solution. – G.Karash is a unique individual taking a special place in the history of national-liberation movement of Kazakh people at the beginning of the XX century, as one of its exponents. He took an active part in solving socio-economic and political problems of the Kazakh society being among national democratic intelligentsia. – His view points and progressive ideas as people’s protector about religion, nation, language and culture, having been published in mass media, contributed to spiritual and political development of the Kazakh society. His view points and ideas at the beginning of the XX century on Kazakh people’s introduction into civilized world and its development hasn’t lost its actuality yet until nowadays. – G.Karash is a figure with higher religious education. His ideas on society reorganization are based on the belief the spiritual and civilization should be based on religion and laws of shariat. He scientifically proved that laws of shariat don’t create obstacles to science and culture development. – G.Karash realized very well the importance of mass media in clarification and solving of socio-political and cultural problems that have national significance. In this connection much effort was spent in publishing the national newspaper “Kazakhstan”. – G.Karash as well as other representatives of national intelligentsia welcomed February revolution. Overthrough of autocracy was perceived as the most important political event, leading to free people from colonial york.
