Course description: The course "Medicinal plants" OZNA-comlyaet with a variety of medicinal plants distributed around the globe, methods of their use in medicine and veterinary medicine for the prevention and treatment of diseases, studies their structure, explores the medicinal properties of herbaceous plants and forms the doctrine to compare with the science of pharmacognosy.
Course aim:To teach the use of large groups of plants, organs or parts which are the raw material for tools used in traditional, medical or veterinary practice for therapeutic or prophylactic purposes

Expected learning outcomes of the subject (LOS): - to study pharmaceutical products, its natural resources, thickness, types of plants, to provide plant materials;
- Learns to master laboratory equipment, instruments, conduct laboratory experiments, analyze the results of laboratory experiments, analyze and organize independent research;
- Know the theoretical foundations of the discipline and use it in pedagogical professional practice.
