In sub-chapter «Memoir image of the work» the literary value and genre features of M.H.Duglat's work are analyzed. The fourth chapter is called verse genres in «Tarih-i Rashidi». It considers four basic genres – Rubai, Mufrad, Eulogizing and Worship. The fifth chapter is called «the medieval poets mentioned in the work of Mirza Haydar». The sixth chapter passes by the name «Turkic-Kazakh and Persian cultural communications in days of «Tarih-i Rashidi». In three sub-chapters of this chapter the Kazakh words (there are more than hundred such words in the work), which are still used in the same form; works of Turkic poets in «Tarih-i Rashidi»; the verses, devoted to the ancient city Taraz are considered. It is proved in the conclusion that «Tarih-i Rashidi» is one of the most outstanding works of the Turkic and Persian world in Middle Ages, volumetric and capital work. Here you can find expressive metaphors and portraits of people, delightful pictures and landscapes, idiomatic unites, religious edifications, wise sayings and many other things. The contents of the work and basis of the scientific concept. The literature always was and remains one of the main cultural values of humankind. The history and the literature are relative subjects, as a matter of fact, they are similar to twins. Studying of the works of great scientists of the past, who has left us their heritage, and conveyance it to future generations are the major aim for the development of culture of independent Kazakhstan. In this connection, the great responsibility is confered on the science of literary criticism. Studying «Tarih-i Rashidi» and its author M.H. Duglat is a big step in this direction. The results of scientific work can be used in middle and higher educational institutions, on special courses and research work.
