Application is used as a filler in tablets in pharmaceuticals. Cellulose and its esters are used
to produce artificial fiber (viscose, acetate, copper-ammonia silk, artificial fur). Cotton, consisting
mainly of cellulose (up to 99.5%), goes to the manufacture of tissues. Production that MCC
improves the compressibility of tablet masses, is used to prolong the action of drugs, in a mixture
with other excipients provides high quality granulates and tablets. MCC is used for the production
of tablets using wet and dry granulation, direct pressing and extrusion.
Use of cellulose derivatives in medicine technology. Examples of formulations Prolongation
of the action of medicinal substances in eye drops, drops in the nose and medicinal films,
stabilization of emulsions, bases for ointments, manufacture of tablets, capsules, bactericidal
liquids. Uzbekistan began to grow bananas by hydroponics. Studying the conditions for the
synthesis of fiber and cellulose from banana stems useful for the human body, as well as the
pharmaceutical and food industries," describes various technological developments in the field of
synthesis of fiber and cellulose from banana stems, which do not find proper application after
mechanical processing, as well as in the latest stages of vegetative propagation of bananas on
plantations of the Republic, the conditions of cellulose synthesis were studied, and practical studies
of obtaining materials based on them were conducted.
The main changes in the structure and properties of banana fibers subjected to steam
treatment have been studied. The presence of natural fibers in composite materials usually increases
the rigidity of the matrix, maintaining a low density of the material. However, the presence of OH
groups in the various components of the fiber reduces their compatibility with polymer matrices. In
addition to that, natural fibers are usually modified by physical or chemical processes, one of which
is steam treatment. Fiber characteristics included mechanical, thermal testing using
thermogravimetric TGA analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, and morphological analysis using optical
microscopy (OM) and scanning electronics (EMS). The results show that one of the major changes
caused by steam treatment was the removal of some substances present on the surface of the
fibers. This can lead to a weakening of the outer wall of the fiber, which will lead to a decrease in
mechanical behavior.
In conclusion, the structure of the tripling of the banana stem, the stages of development of
the growing season, the morphological structure indicate the characteristics of the trees. This is
shown by the fact that during the synthesis of cellulose, that is, the process of delegation in several
stages, the distribution of chemical reagents with different consumption rates can lead to
unfavorable conditions for wastewater disposal. One of the most characteristic aspects of the
dissertation research is the reduction of the concentration of alkali (60 g / l) and the synthesis time
(420 minutes) only in the natron-alkaline method, even at high pressure. It is due to that exclusion
of adverse above processes.
