Статья посвящена научно - методическим основам развития гибких навыков будущих специалистов информационно - коммуникационных технологий, проблемам формирования необходимых гибких навыков. Рассмотрены аспекты введения в научный оборот понятия гибких навыков. Ценность и содержание их гибких навыков, которые актуализируются увеличением количества молодых людей, обучающихся в сфере информационных и коммуникационных технологий, пытающихся реализовать эффективный, успешный стартап - проект, определяются повышением уровень развития человеческого капитала ориентирован на создание цифровой индустрии, использование инновационных направлений развития.Обсуждаются предложения по расширению сферы применения казахского языка в обществе. При этом дается информация о повышении качества национальных кадров. Ключевые слова: индустрия 4.0, будущие специалисты в области ИКТ, гибкие навыки, конкурентоспособность, образование, использование казахского языка при подготовке технических специалистов, увеличение количества контента на казахском языке. Abstract: The article is dedicated to the scientific and methodological principles of developing soft skills for future information and communication specialists, addressing the problems associated with developing necessary soft skills. The aspects of the introduction of the concept of soft skills into scientific circulation are considered. The significance and content of their soft skills are identified, emphasizing the necessity to raise the level of human capital development aimed at building the digital industry, the necessity of utilizing innovative development spaces, and the relevance of increasing the number of young people receiving education in the field of information and communication technologies, who are eager to implement effective and profitable startup projects. The necessity of raising the level of human capital development aimed at building the digital industry, the necessity of using innovative development spaces, and the importance of efficient and successful startup project implementation are underlined by the increase in the number of young individuals getting education in information and communication technologies, which makes their soft skills more relevant. In the process of national workforce training, suggestions are discussed regarding the expansion of the use of the Kazakh language in a rapidly developing society. Additionally, information is provided concerning the improvement of the qualification quality of the national workforce.
