5. FORCE MAJEURE
5.1 The Parties shall not be liable for partial and / or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if such failure was caused by force majeure arising after the conclusion of the Agreement as a result of extraordinary events which could not have been foreseen or prevented by reasonable measures.
5.2 Circumstances of force majeure include events, which the parties could not exert any influence and for the occurrence of which they bear no responsibility. Such circumstances include: earthquakes, floods, fire, or strike, State Acts, military actions that hinder the implementation of this Treaty.
5.3 A party who refers to force majeure has the obligation to inform the other Party of the occurrence of such circumstances.
5.4 If as a result of force majeure, the party is unable to perform the obligations arising out of this Agreement, while the Agreement remains in force, either party may terminate this Agreement unilaterally by notifying the other Party.
6. OTHER CONDITIONS
6.1. If there are any disagreements that may arise regarding the interpretation and implementation of this agreement, as well as any dispute will be resolved through negotiations between the parties.
6.2. Coordinator of the Agreement by the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz is the Head of the International programs, projects and Academic mobility Center is Nevmatulina Karina Anvarovna, on the part of Contractor is Head of the International Relations Department Daria Andreevna Churyanina.
