| 3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. Customer Responsibilities: 3.1.1. To ensure the attendance of Listeners for providing services by the Contractor. 3.1.2. Accept provided services which meet the requirements of this Agreement. 3.1.3. Ensure compliance with all the requirements of the Charter by the Listeners of the FSBEI HE “Kuban Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin”, approved schedule of the educational process, conventional norms of behavior during all the period of this Agreement. 3.2. Obligations of the Contractor: 3.2.1. Perform the Services in accordance with the terms of clauses 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, Article 1 of this Agreement. 3.2.2. Upon completion of the provision of Services and upon successful completion of the Student's scientific internship program, issue the Student a Certificate of completion of a scientific internship. 3.2.3. To recommend students textbooks and teaching resources/materials within the research internship which will be purchased by the Listeners at their own expense. 3.3. Duties of the Parties: 3.3.1. Parties are required to execute all necessary documents related to the provision of Services hereunder. 3.4. Rights of parties: 3.4.1. Contractor and Customer Rights / Listeners determined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Charter, Internal Rules and other regulations of FSBEI HE “Kuban Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin”. 3.4.2. Customer may require the Contractor to provide information on the organization and provision of training, academic performance, behavior, attitudes to learning of Listeners. 4. Duration of Agreement 4.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of its signing and is valid until 30.06.2022. 4.2.
