- 2. SERVICE FEE AND TERMS OF THEIR PAYMENT
| SUBJECTS OF THE AGREEMENT
The Contractor undertakes to organize and conduct a scientific internship for the PhD student of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the Services) within the terms established by this Agreement, and the Customer, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, undertakes to send the doctoral student of the educational program 8D04103 "State and Local government" to Aubakirova Zhanna Bolatbekovna (hereinafter referred to as the "Listener"). The scientific internship includes: - providing an opportunity to get acquainted with the latest theoretical, methodological and technological achievements of foreign science in accordance with the subject of PhD students; - ensuring the Listener's access to the library and information resources of the Customer; - organization of visits to lectures and seminars during the scientific internship in accordance with the internal rules of the host party. Term of Services hereunder: from May 15 to May 28, 2022. The Contractor undertakes to appoint Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor Belkina Elena Nikolaevna as academic supervisor of research internship for PhD students. 2. SERVICE FEE AND TERMS OF THEIR PAYMENT 2.1. The cost of the research internship is 16 000 rubles for one listener and includes all related taxes and fees. 2.2. The cost of Services does not include transportation costs, accommodation and meals. 2.3. Payment of expenses as defined in paragraph 2.1 in accordance with this Agreement shall be produced and billed in full, the customer transfers money to the account of the Contractor within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of this Agreement. All costs of transfer these funds to the Contractor are covered by the Customer. 2.4. All costs under this agreement shall be made in rubles to the personal account of the Contractor. 2.5. The Customer draws up the payment document when transferring funds to the Contractor through the bill: indicating the customer, details of the Contractor, numbers and dates of this Agreement as well as the act of provided services. 2.6. The fact of payment is the receipt of funds into the Contractor account. 2.7.
